Being born in a Christian family always made me wonder about a few things,

such as :

- What would I be like if I were a non-christian?

basically, if you people know my past, I've been through countless of stuffs that many people take years to experience and some, things that people will never want to experience...

the lessons I learnt and regrets on the way were inevitable...

but through it all, I realize something, that friends come and go, but the marks they leave on my life is undeniable...

Sakenomo Itsumane...?

What on earth do you do to make somebody recover from a relationship crisis?

The guy dumps the girl.
The girl can't take it.
The girl hallucinates.

The guy couldn't be bothered.
The girl cries.
The girl goes into depression.

The guy couldn't care.

I feel responsible for it, partly. Because she liked me initially. I rejected her, and her contained feelings had to be magnetized to another person.

Unfortunately, like what I told her, the first can never last.
The first will NEVER last.

In my entire life, I have hardly seen any relationships that are both the first for both parties as well as still lasting strong.

But no.
She still HAS to hallucinate that there is still a hope to salvage the situation.
She still HAS to dream of him every night.
She still HAS to cry and keep the pain within her every day.

She hardly eats.
She suffers from mood swings.
She perpetually wants contact with people.

This is symptoms of depression!
But of course, she refuses to admit it.

Then what can I do?

I had to confront her with the harsh realities of the situation, in sharp strong words - in a bid to make her snap out of it.

She cried.

And now half the world is asking why I made her cry.

THIS IS THE ANSWER. HAPPY?

My personal code is that I do not treat girls with a status that is above guys.
When I have to say something, I do not coat it with honey and sugar. I come directly to your face.
I am not a gentleman. And I do not intend to be one.

I believe in the rights of women of course. However, if they wish to share equal opportunities as guys, don't expect people to hold the door for you, pay for your meals or such.

If I made you cry, I'm sorry - the same way I would apologize to a guy if I made him cry.

But dont expect me to groval at your feet or feel guilty about anything I did.

- because I did it for your own good. And you had to tell the world that I made you cry.

Christian Music vs Secular Music

I'm starting to blog so little nowadays... Its starting to really scare me...

Recently, I've been given a wake up call twice in a period of one week... God spoke to me from different sources on something that has been troubling me for some time...

People always wonder what classification of music "Christian" falls into... Its really confusing because the range of music within that "genre" is audibly very vast...

For example :
"Hillsongs - Still", would be a typical example of a contemporary pop music with basic chordal progressions and emphasis on climate. Classic examples of secular pop music would be Mariah Carey's - "When You Believe" etc.

"United Live - The Time Has Come", would be a typical example of a modern rock, with advance chordal progression and style of playing, with more emphasis on the music. Classic examples of modern rock would be Simple Plan - "Welcome to my Life" etc.

"Hymns (like) - Be Thou my Vision", would be typical example of opratic music, with very very simple chord progressions played in alot of variations, with more emphasis on the vocals. Classic exmples would be - "Josh Groban - You Raised Me Up"

Apart from these 3 more common genres of music, "Christian Music" fills a large scope of other music genres as well...
White Cross, based in the US is an example of a Christian Band which plays Metal Music
Deeper, based in the UK is an example of a Christian Band which plays Techno Music
Praises from the Living Water (direct trans. from Chinese), based in Hong Kong *i think* is an example of a Christian Band which plays Chinese Music.

So. Why do people use the term "Christian Music", why do Christian use the term "Christian Music", even though they know the vast variety of music it encompasses?

Basically, because the fundamental reason is the motive behind playing the music.
Secular Music is played mainly for self-appraisal or for spreading a secular-based message.
Christian Music is played solely for the glory of God AND for spreading hope-based messages.

People call it Christian Music because they KNOW the difference in the music, the FEEL the difference in the music and they can SEE the difference in the attitude of the band.

Simply put, the Holy Spirit works within these music.
Like the complete opposite of satanic music, which glorifies self, and of course, satan causes changes in people to become "introvert, self-enclosing, bad tempered and fearful of death", Christian music causes changes in people, through the Holy Spirit to become "closer with people, tolerent, and assured of the promise of being with God forever."

While Satan backstabs people through his music, not presenting himself first but pretend to glorify the individual before inputting and forcing backmasked thoughts into its victims head.

God works directly, glorifying Himself first, and from there, touch the hearts of people who will accept and invite Jesus to live within themself.

People. In a spiritual war, physical weapons can do nothing.
In a war with secular music to evangelize to a non-believer's heart, physical technicalities can do nothing.
Christian music is 90% spirit filled, 5% technicality and 5% emotion.

If a Christian band fails to recognize the above, they have failed completely.

-U2-
"Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own"

Tough, you think you've got the stuff
You're telling me and anyone
You're hard enough

You don't have to put up a fight
You don't have to always be right
Let me take some of the punches
For you tonight

Listen to me now
I need to let you know
You don't have to go it alone

And it's you when I look in the mirror
And it's you when I don't pick up the phone
Sometimes you can't make it on your own

We fight all the time
You and I...that's alright
We're the same soul
I don't need...I don't need to hear you say
That if we weren't so alike
You'd like me a whole lot more

Listen to me now
I need to let you know
You don't have to go it alone

And it's you when I look in the mirror
And it's you when I don't pick up the phone
Sometimes you can't make it on your own

I know that we don't talk
I'm sick of it all
Can - you - hear - me - when - I -
Sing, you're the reason I sing
You're the reason why the opera is in me...

Where are we now?
I've still got to let you know
A house still doesn't make a home
Don't leave me here alone...

And it's you when I look in the mirror
And it's you that makes it hard to let go
Sometimes you can't make it on your own
Sometimes you can't make it
The best you can do is to fake it
Sometimes you can't make it on your own
